Available from the University of Melbourne, access digital copies of Melway Maps from 1966 to 1999.

The State Library of Victoria is a great resource for exploring our local area or finding where your ancestors lived. 

Public Records Office of Victoria has an extensive historic plan collection. This contains thousands of items including plans survey and maps.

World War 1

The State Library of Victoria holds records on Australian service personnel and their war activities. This includes medical personnel such as doctors and nurses. Non-combatants such as journalists and photographers also enlisted in the army, so army records are relevant to them too.
