Library membership is free and available to all Victorian residents.

  • Visit one of our libraries to validate your membership
  • You will need to provide an acceptable form of ID which includes your date of birth.
  • Once you've validated your membership, you will have immediate access to physical and digital collections.

There is no minimum age for joining Bayside Libraries, however those under the age of 16 years require the authorisation of a parent or guardian in person at a library.
