A fistful of dollars: A stranger rides into a town known for the deadly rivalry between two of its factions-the Baxter's and the Rojo's. Instead of fearing for his life, the man plays the two sides to his own advantage.For a few dollars more: While chasing El Indio, a most-wanted criminal, Monco meets Colonel Douglas Mortimer, who incidentally is also looking for El Indio. They enter into a partnership and decide to split the reward.The beguiled: Offbeat Civil War drama in which a wounded Yankee soldier, after finding refuge in an isolated girls' school in the South towards the end of the war, becomes the object of the young women's sexual fantasies. The soldier manipulates the situation for his own gratification, but when he refuses to completely comply with the girls' wishes, they make it very difficult for him to leave.The Eiger sanction: Former government assassin Jonathan Hemlock (Clint Eastwood) now devotes his time to teaching and collecting paintings, but his quiet life is interrupted when he is persuaded by his former employers work for them again. Hemlock has to join a crew of explorers (George Kennedy, Jack Cassidy) on a trip up the Eiger, a treacherous Swiss mountain. Hemlock must simultaneously determine which of his fellow climbers is a Soviet spy, kill his target and scale the deadly peak.In the line of fire: A Secret Service agent is taunted by calls from a would-be killer who has detailed information about the agent - including the fact that he failed to save President John F. Kennedy from assassination. The caller is revealed as an ex-CIA assassin, and the agent, who is investigating a threat to the current president, is determined not to let history repeat itself.
