Rebecca Stark is a brilliant London psychiatrist who has developed an innovative system to heal people from their obsessions. The Stark method is so effective that a Russian magnate, Grigory Ivanov, decides to entrust it with conducting Sunrise, the first in a series of cutting-edge clinics, scattered all over the planet, that will help people free themselves from their worst addiction. A worldwide advertising campaign is launched. The first center opens in Italy, in Puglia, inside an ancient restored farmhouse, surrounded by fields and olive trees. A perfect place to welcome patients who, as an integral part of care, will have to work, cook and devote themselves to cleaning. In short, they will live like a small isolated community. Among the hundreds of requests coming in, seven candidates from different countries are selected: Lena Weber, obsessed with physical perfection; Jian Chow, web designer and voyeur hacker; Rosa Bernasconi, a techno dependent girl; Claudio Carrara, compulsive gambler; Julie Arnaud, nympho manager; Tim Parker, cocaine addict trader; and finally, Jessica De Groot, self-defeating. At the beginning of the therapy everything seems to turn in the best way but, soon, some patients mysteriously disappear. Accomplice in a torrential rain that keeps the guests segregated, preventing them from escaping and making any contact with the outside, a gruesome game begins from that moment to the massacre.
