Large two story victorian villa residence with four storeyed tower. In 1872 solicitor Edward Gibb owned the site with a three roomed residence. In 1874/75 it was transformed into the ten room villa `Wyuna'. In 1885 it was owned by George Brind Warehouseman who then sold it to George W. Hay. This photograph shows the garden with tall pine and large palm trees.
