Photograph shows an early Brighton shop on the corner of Wilson and Carpenter streets, diagonally opposite the police station. The shop was built in 1858 and is now demolised. (Was apparently the first meeting place of Brighton borough council. It was purchased by Bruce Terry of Moule ave in 1981...
