Summary: This video is designed to be used in "Team Builing" training programmes at all levels of Local Governemnt i.e. Elected Members, management and staff. Its primary purpose is to introduce the participants to the concepts of team building and generate discussion on its relevance to a particular Council team. It illustrates a typical team problem at the Elected Member level which can easily be related to other management and staff teams of a Local Authority.
